We are working on resolving an issue with connecting new Yahoo screen names to a bot. We hope to have this issue resolved soon and will update here when its fixed.

Bot’s connected to AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Gtalk are currently down while we troubleshoot a problem in our IM connectors. We hope to have this issue resolved within the next hour.
Update: 3:30pm EST, Bots are back online
AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Gtalk bots will be down for about an hour while we migrate our IM connectors to another home.
SMS is back to normal and has been operating normally for about 30 minutes.
We’re experiencing an issue with one of our SMS gateway providers, and as a result SMS performance may be degraded. Our testing has seen delays of up to several minutes in the delivery of messages. We’re working with the gateway provider to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
We have temporarily stopped storing presence for end users of your bots while we work on better ways of processing and storing this data. We hope to have a new solution in place soon and will update this post when we do.
We are currently in the process of migrating bots over to new and improved network connectors for AIM, Yahoo, and MSN. In doing so, a bug is preventing bots from responding. We are working on the issue and hope to have this resolved soon.

We have disconnected all AIM and MSN bots for roughly a half hour while we deploy a critical bug fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
